The Math Behind It

Core formula: Fiber per 100g = (Total fiber ÷ Total weight) × 100

If a batch has 18 g of fiber and weighs 300 g, then 18 ÷ 300 × 100 = 6 g per 100g. Weight in ounces is converted to grams first.
